I loved the stunning buildings and welcoming staff, making my stay super enjoyable while being a few steps away from Gran Via and just a short walk from El Retiro Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll and some fresh air.

The rooftop bar was fantastic, while the room's furnishings were outdated.

hyatt centric was perfect for our family with its amazing location on gran via. the room was spotless, and the view from the window was to die for! breakfast had a great variety and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. also, the fitness center was open 24/7, which was a plus for my active family.
